California-licensed contractors registered with DBI can use this portal to:

  1. Apply for an instant online electrical permit or an In-House Review solar permit.
  2. Schedule or modify an electrical or solar permit inspection.

Online permit issued through this portal are subject to an additional fee of up to 2.5% of the permit fees.
